简介

张庆华,浙江大学化工学院教授,博士生导师,兼任联合化学反应工程研究生副所长,入选浙江大学基础研究长周期计划。主要从事仿生界面功能材料的设计制备与应用研究,构筑了一系列新型仿生界面功能材料,建立了界面功能材料的表面性能与其结构、化学组成之间的关联机制。基于多尺度结构的二元协同效应与精确调控,实现了材料表面物理化学性能的显著提升,拓展了在自清洁涂层、分离膜改性、海洋防污、锂电池与新能源等领域的应用。

担任Frontiers in Catalysis(Frontiers Publishers)期刊编委,《化学反应工程与工艺》栏目编辑、《化工生产与技术》、《涂料工业》编委。中国材料学会、中国化工学会、中国化学学会高级会员,浙江省高校高水平创新团队核心成员,浙江省领军型创新创业团队核心成员,浙江省科技厅项目评审专家,国家自然科学基金评审专家,中国氟硅行业“十四五”发展规划专家,中国氟硅有机材料工业协会专家委员会成员,中国氟材料国家工程中心特聘专家等。

迄今为止,已在JACS、AIChE J、Angew、AM、NC等国际权威期刊上发表学术论文120余篇(包括邀请综述及专题论文),论文总被引用超过4000次,H因子为40。获中国国家发明专利50余项,PCT专利2项。已主持完成包括国防重点基金、国家自然科学基金、浙江省重大科技专项等项目20余项;成果获江苏省科学技术奖一等奖(2/11)、浙江省科技进步二等奖(1/9)、中国石油与化工联合会技术发明二等奖(1/8),中国产学研合作创新成果优秀奖(1/10),2022中国氟硅材料专利奖一等奖,中国石油与化工联合会专利优秀奖,入选江西省“双千计划”创新领军人才。

围绕仿生多尺度界面功能材料的构筑与应用中的关键科学问题开展了系统的研究工作,取得创新性成果如下:1.提出在氟碳侧链中引入特殊强极性Spacer基团和刚性α取代基,实现了短氟碳侧链稳定液晶相结构的构筑与强化;发展了基于表面结构与组成二维协同调控材料表面超浸润性能的方法。2.基于低表面能污损释放作用与亲水表面的抗污功能,以及无机纳米粒子的空间效应,提出了多尺度多机制协同抗污新概念,构筑了一系列新型抗污表面,成功应用于海洋防污与膜改性领域。3.率先将含氟纳米复合超浸润材料应用于防覆冰领域,构建了过冷环境下耐久型超疏水防覆冰表面,首次报道将超顺磁纳米粒子引入超疏水涂层,实现了主动非接触式除冰与被动防冰性能的耦合。4.设计开发了高安全、大功率锂离子电池用电解质与隔膜材料,采用全固态电解质代替有机电解液,从根本上解决传统液态锂电池使用过程中出现爆炸等安全问题。近5年承担包括国家重点项目在内的各类科研项目10余项。已发表SCI论文100余篇,获授权发明专利40余项,研究成果发表在JACS; AIChE J;Adv Energy Mater;Adv Funct Mater;Nano Energy;JMCA;CEJ;JMS等期刊上。受邀撰写Springer出版专著《Handbook of Epoxy Blends》(2017);《Biofuels and Biorefineries》等专著。

招收若干名博士后

一、研究方向:

1.仿生多尺度界面功能材料、多功能膜分离材料与表面改性、响应型智能超浸润自清洁材料。

2.新能源材料的设计、构筑与应用,全固态电池技术、固态电解质与隔膜材料、锂电池/锂硫电池电极与粘结剂。

二、应聘条件:

已获得或者即将国内外知名大学材料化学、化工、高分子、能源化学、纳米科学和材料物理与化学等方向博士学位,具有较强的独立开展科研工作的能力,严谨的科研态度,良好团队协作和吃苦耐劳精神,在相关领域发表过2-3篇高质量的SCI论文。

三、岗位待遇:
  薪资福利:聘用待遇及福利除了参照浙江大学相关管理办法(http://hr.zju.edu.cn/postdoctor/)的待遇外,课题组视情况提供额外补贴,浙江大学博士后政策主要内容:

(1)设立学校博士后资助基金,实施分类资助,包括特别资助项目、重点资助项目和一般资助项目三个类型。

1、特别资助项目:世界排名前100名高校的博士毕业生、海外知名高校的外籍博士毕业生,以及其他特别优秀的博士毕业生,经学校评审后,最高可给予每年20万元的资助。

2、重点资助项目:海外知名高校、国家“双一流”建设高校或学科的博士毕业生和外籍博士毕业生,学校根据合作导师提供的资助额配比给予每年10-12万元的资助。

(2)鼓励博士后所在学院(系)设立资助经费,进一步提高博士后收入待遇。博士后研究人员所在学院(系)可以根据学科发展和科研需要设立博士后资助经费,在学校和博士后合作导师资助的基础上再对博士后进行资助。

(3)可申请租住学校以优惠价格提供的单身或者家庭式博士后公寓,并解决子女入学入园等问题。鼓励申报“博士后创新人才支持计划”,两年共资助60万元,要求不超过31岁。人事关系进入浙江大学后从事博士后研究工作3年及以上的博士后研究人员,可申报浙江大学高级专业技术职务,留校工作或进入浙江大学宁波校区工作。
